Brown sugar o molasses is probably a better way of coloring the dough rather than coacoa powder.
The bread-pan version is what we have here. Although usually finished with an egg-wash and crushed sea salt on top. And frequently with caraway seeds in the dough.
You made the marble rye wrong. You have to use PUMPERNICKEL along with regular rye, you just used ingredients to make the dough darker, that is extremely incorrect. A big reason i refuse to subscribe to you, phony
