I made this cake with only the vanilla part and followed every step of it.
Somehow my cake is way too crumbly to handle and cut into slabs.. π
Any suggestions on what could probable have gone wrong??!!
BTW: It did take a longer time with my oven and took it out just when the skewer came out clean. it wasnt over or under cooked, but just too crumbly and buttery. Please HELP!!!

My cake just crumbles when i try to lift it, any ways to prevent this? Or do I just have to be really careful?
Just wondering if anyone can help me. Iv'e found that when I refrigerate my cake it becomes really dry. How long should I have it out of the fridge before serving to guests? And does refrigerating the cake in between decorating make it dry?
