If you've ever been to Port Douglas they have this little train that goes through from the town area to where all the shops and restaurants are. I feel like that'd be cool
For the train stations: I like the "Minimalistic Train Station". It's very minimalistic! But I like that it doesn't need a lot of space, just as big as the rails. It could be too "underdetailed" for your purposes.

I have a name colony ridge is a place on santa fe on tx it loks like a place where people only have movil house colony ridge is not a real place that a gerat name for the little colony that you make xd but if you go to google maps you wont fide the place i think because it only chose you the land not the house

17:57 some nice road/highway bridge over the swamp would be so cool there instead of elevated road only. Look for some kind of bridge located in the southern part of the USA in Mississippi or Lousiana/Alabama.
Hey Mr Two dollars, have you considered maybe doing a diamond interchange on the freeway instead of the 4 way intersection at the prison? It looks great but it feels wrong putting that on what looks like an interstate. I am torn tbh but it should be free flowing.

Your little swamp village reminds me of the area where I grew up. Riverwood NSW. It's in SW Sydney. Specifically, the area of the suburb boarded with Salt Pan Creek, where houses, playing fields, factories, roads and rails all compete for space reminds me of this build. There's more than a few housos in the area. There's a little. "Locals Only" boardwalk too. One of the most exciting highlights of the area for me was the water viaduct. A true test of any kids bravery was to traverse it.

I see the modder packs as being just as vanilla as the bigger DLCs are so if you can have a farm industry area then you can easily have a couple university city houses
